| Hello! My name is Brad Phillips and I joined the Innovative Staffing team in September of 2008. So far this has been a fantastic and energetic team of people to work with. Everyone that works here at Innovative has a very positive attitude and is very eager to help make this company grow to great heights, including myself.
I am 22 years old and was born and raised in Amarillo, Tx. I went to Tascosa High school and am currently attending West Texas A&M University in pursuit of my Business Management degree. At the time of this writing, I only have one and a half semesters left. Courtney and I have two dogs, a parrot and hope. Courtney and I are engaged to be married in November 2009. I played baseball for Tascosa for 3 years, but my true love, as far as hobbies go, is video games. In my spare time, I'm either hanging out with Courtney and our families or sitting at home and playing games on the computer. I am also a HUGE Parrothead (Jimmy Buffett fan for those who don't know) and I go to every concert that I can manage. I've been to three Dallas concerts and three Las Vegas concerts of his. Let me just say that if you've never been to one or don't know about his music, you are seriously missing out. I'm very excited about working with the amazing team here at Innovative Staffing and meeting new friends as I help the Amarillo market grow.
