Hi, my name is Elizabeth Bell (Liz) and I am the newest member to the Innovative Staffing Solutions family. I will be the Employment Specialist out of the Elk City, Ok office.

I was born and raised in New Jersey. I started my military career in 1984 where after boot camp and an A school, I was stationed in Keflavik, Iceland; where I worked at the commissary store. After 3 years there I went to Kingsville, Texas where I worked at the Master at Arms office. I met my husband and in 1990 I was honorably discharged from the Navy and became a Mom. My husband continued his career on submarines until 1994 when he took an early retirement.

We have 4 great kids; Rick (25), Jeremy (24), Westley (22) and Megan (19). Westley is serving in the US Army stationed in Iraq. We have 3 Grandsons Ethan (4), Christopher (13 months) and Carter (9 months) and 2 more on the way; one is due in August and one is September 2008. We’re hoping for a girl.

We have lived all over the United States, but my boys call Florida home and our daughter lives in Elk City.

We have property in Havilland Kansas that we go to often as we can. It’s so relaxing and peaceful. I love to watch for the wildlife life. It’s very abundant there. After the Tornado in May 2007, we lost everything but the house. So there is much to be cleaned up. We are also in the process of remodeling the house to restore it to the 1930’s farm house that it used to be.
