Innovative Staffing Solutions, LLC

Let me introduce myself. I am Jamilou Schaffer-Williams, born and raised in Pampa, Texas where I currently reside. My dad’s grandparents were actually homesteaders in Gray County near Lake McClelland. My granddad was the first baby recorded born in Gray County. I attended and graduated from Pampa schools, as did all of my children. My parents have lived in Pampa for all their 60 years of marriage, as do my sister and her family and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. I also have a younger brother. He and his wife live in Maryland.

My son, Jason, and his wife, Lissa, live in Amarillo with three of my wonderful grandchildren, Jaelyn, Ryce, and Mayson.  All of the kids are involved in the Amarillo Theater. My daughter, Jessica, and her husband, and two children, Jackson, and Ava Grace currently reside in Washington D.C
My foster son, Mark, is married and his wife has two small children.

My best friend and husband is Marc Williams who loves working in the oilfield. He is a die hard Texas Longhorn fan and loves football after once being an All-American in college as a tail back.

I have been employed with Innovative Staffing Solutions, LLC since February 4th, 2002 as a Personnel Consultant. I have been working in the staffing industry since 1991. I am now a Senior Regional Personnel Consultant serving Pampa, Canadian, Borger, Elk City and helping out in all the surrounding areas. My job has many facets, such as public relations, client contacts, community involvement, and company to client liaison. Basically, it is my job to educate the business community about the services we provide and make sure those services fit our client’s needs in the best and most productive manner. I also am a member on the Corporate Team and

My work background has been in the mental health field, fifteen years of substitute teaching, doctor’s office receptionist, in addition to my previous experience in the staffing and employment industry. I have also been employed as an antique dealer in the past.

At Innovative Staffing Solutions, I have had the opportunity of continuing education hours in the area of time management, team building, budgeting, the five dysfunctions of a team, corporate scorecard development, and others. I have also been involved in developing a corporate mission statement and code of ethics in the workplace. While working for ISSLLC, I have attended nine months of leadership training and have had twelve months of Jeffrey Gitomer’s TrainOne which is training in developing sales and marketing.

I attend Trinity Church; I have been a CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate for children, a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi and a proud member of the Pampa Downtown Kiwanis.

I especially enjoy attending my children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events. In my spare time, I love to do things with my children and grandchildren, go to flea markets, go junking and antiquing with my friends and decorating our house with antiques and collectibles.
