Hello, my name is Karl Cox and I am a Software Developer and IT Manager here at Innovative Staffing Solutions. My primary duties include developing new software, maintaining the Innovative Staffing Solutions website, and fixing computer hardware and software problems. During my time at Innovative I have had to opportunity to work on some very interesting projects with some very nice people.

I finished high school in New Braunfels, Texas, but because my father was in the U.S. Army, I have lived in numerous places including Kentucky, Germany, Alaska, Maryland, and of course Texas. In July of 2001 I married my wonderful wife Amelia who is from Perryton.

In 2003 I graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems. While at Texas Tech, I worked for the Technology Operations and Systems Management department on campus and was responsible for performing maintenance on one of the University's mainframe computers and the web servers that host Texas Tech's TechSIS web site, the website used by students to register for classes.

When I am not working, my hobbies include reading, puzzles, gardening and jogging.
