Hello, my name is Karl Cox and I am a Software Developer and IT Manager here at Innovative Staffing Solutions. My primary duties include maintaining company websites, developing new software, and fixing computer hardware and software problems. During my time at Innovative I have had the opportunity to work on some very interesting projects with some very nice people.

I am married to my wonderful wife Amelia and we have a beautiful baby girl, Emily.

I am a graduate of Texas Tech University and hold a bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems. While attending Texas Tech, I worked for the Technology Operations and Systems Management department on campus and was responsible for performing maintenance on one of the University's mainframe computers and the web servers that host Texas Tech's TechSIS web site, the website used by students to register for classes.

When I am not working, my hobbies include reading, gardening and jogging.
