Hello and welcome to Innovative Staffing Solutions, LLC. My name is Maria Rodriguez. I started working with Innovative in January of 2006 as a temporary receptionist. I was then offered a full time receptionist position and couple months later they gave me the opportunity to become the Employment Specialist for the Perryton office. I enjoy working for this company because they make you feel as part of a family, not just another employee.

I was born in Plainview, TX. My father worked all his life in farms, which meant we moved, quit a bit and lived in different areas of the Panhandle and also towards El Paso, TX. My mother is a homemaker but also worked seasonal jobs. I grew up with four brothers and a sister. My brothers all live in different areas of Texas and my sister recently moved to Oklahoma. I have been married for the past year to a wonderful man, Juan Gutierrez. He works for a welding company here in Perryton. I also have a wonderful three year old daughter, Alexis, who is my world. She has recently started attending Head Start and is so happy to finally be around other children.

I am a full-time employee, a mother and wife, and am also currently attending college online. I am working towards receiving my Associates in Business Management. I will be finished with my degree by mid June 2007, after that I plan to continue school to earn my Bachelors. On my free time I am also the president for the parents group for the Head Start Program. As you can tell I am busy. I enjoy every minute of it.
