Hello my name is Ruth Fleming I have just recently joined Innovative Offices/Solutions. I am happy to be aboard. Though I have just recently joined I am familiar with Innovative Staffing Solutions LLC my mother was one of the first employee’s Regina hired so I grew up around this office and am so happy to now be apart of the family.

I was born in Spearman, TX and then moved to Perryton, TX in 1991. I have been here ever since. I graduated from high school in 2002 and then went on the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma for 2 ½ years and I was classified as a junior. My major was physical education I was planning on teaching history and coaching track I hope to continue my education soon. I recently gave birth to my beautiful Hezekiah Arryson Gaines he is 6 ½ months old, and he is the light of my life. I live with my parents Wayne and Bea Fleming with out them I do not know what I would do.
