Hi, welcome to Innovative and RembrandtAdvantage of Texas. When Myron McCartor and I opened the doors to Innovative Staffing Solutions in August of 1996 we embarked on a great journey. We have had the opportunity to work with many great people, including our clients, vendors and our wonderful staff. Be sure to take a look at each of their bios and get a feel for how terrific they are.

In addition to evaluating the Rembrandt Portrait for our clients, I teach seminars and instruct clients on team building, Profile Assessment Selection Systems, Behavioral Event Interviewing, and legal clinics. I am currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis on Human Resources to enhance my education and my ability to serve your needs.

My love for teaching and assisting others to achieve their full potential has also provided opportunities for me to serve in school settings as a volunteer coordinator, to assist in founding a literacy program on the Navajo Indian Reservation, as well as to open a stress management clinic which served both private individuals and local corporations.
