Hi. My name is Robyn Stevens and I want to thank you for taking the time to visit the Innovative Staffing Solutions website. I am the Senior Employment Specialist for Innovative Staffing.

I joined the family at Innovative four years ago and can tell you that everyone at Innovative Staffing is a true family, not just co-workers.

I have resided in Hereford for the last 7 years, but as the child of public educators, I have lived all over the state of Texas with the exception of the El Paso area. I have made my home in Hereford where I have a long family history. I love the small town atmosphere and wanted my children to grow up in that, too. I have four wonderful children. Kayla, 19, lives in Corpus Christi, Texas. Grant, 16, is in the 10th grade at the high and is an amazing young man. He plays football on the Hereford JV team, wrestles, plays in the high school marching band, was a member of the high school musical “Lil Abner” and has joined the crew of the one act play for the second year. I know he will go on to do wonderful things. Madelyn is my 13 year old daughter and is absolutely full of life. Full of life may be code for drama queen. She is in the 8th grade at the junior high and she is me made over. Madelyn is a member of the band and also plays tennis. My youngest daughter, who aspires to be the next American Idol, is 12 year old Audrey. Audrey is in the 6th grade at HJH and can always be found singing and dancing. Like her older brother and sisters, she is also a member of the band.
