| Hi! I'm Stacie. I'm excited and honored to be working with
Innovative Staffing as a Regional Personnel Consultant. Helping
people is what I love doing! I'm a Borger girl. After graduating from Borger High, I received an Associate Degree from Frank Phillips College and went on to earn a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of North Texas in Denton. I worked in the secretarial field in several industries for many years, co-owned Amarillo-based Threshold Computers with my former husband for six years, and worked with Interim Personnel and Dell Computer down in the Austin, Texas area. My children and I moved back to Amarillo when I was offered a Recruiter position here in 1999. When the owners retired in 2003, I took over Associate Solutions Network. Associate Solutions gave me the unique opportunity of assisting companies with their hiring needs not only as a Recruiter, but as a Business Owner/Manager. I began working with Innovative Search and Consulting Group in a consulting and recruiting capacity last year. I recently completed a Researcher Training Course through ISCG. I'm the proud mom of one grown and one almost grown kiddos. Spencer graduated from Amarillo College and is a Physical Therapist Assistant in the Dallas Area. Jenna is a freshman at Amarillo College. I strive to stay physically active. While in junior college, I began playing table tennis (ping pong) with my dad and his cronies and still play at least once a week. I love stream fishing for trout and have done that with my family around the Red River and Cimarron, New Mexico areas all my life. I enjoy being outdoors, nature, hiking and gardening. Research and learning are two of my passions. I strive to understand what people's (companies') needs are because I sincerely want people to have what they need and want.
